About Cofficient

Established in July 2001, Cofficient is a "clicks and mortar" business administration and accounting service for Small Business operators and contractors (both individual and company). It has been designed specifically to allow smaller operators to focus on, and grow, their core business activities, leaving the day-to-day business administration to a dedicated Cofficient Account Manager.

Cofficient Pty Limited ("Cofficient") is a member of the e.Commerce Group of companies. A group formed by specialist technology consultants in 1995 to provide advisory and professional services to organisations and individuals in the eCommerce and IT arena. With the development of Cofficient, the group has applied its technology focus to the provision of business administration and accounting services for organisations and individuals. Cofficient combines Internet technology, accounting knowledge and efficient process to take the hassle out of administration and accounting for small operators. The Cofficient management team (see profiles below) is supported by a dedicated team of service-oriented staff.

Cofficient Management Team

Ken Lipschitz - Executive Director and CEO

Ken is CEO of parent company eCommerce Pty Ltd. He is involved in the daily operations of Cofficient, and assumes responsibility for the supervision of the accounting function. He was formerly CEO of Electronic Trading Concepts Pty Ltd, providers of consultant, advisory and professional services, recently sold as part of an IPO plan. He is a former director of David Jones and a Group V-P of Household International in Australia and Canada.

Accountants

For income tax and accounting advice, Cofficient refers to Watkins Coffey Martin, a three partner firm of Chartered Accountants based on the North Shore of Sydney. They also have an office in Tumut, NSW and an affiliated office in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
